3. You must rank these options based on your preference, from the most preferred choice (1st Choice) to the least preferred choice (4th Choice).

4. The results will be displayed and emailed once you finish the final question.

• This assessment seeks to understand your typical responses, not to judge them against a perceived "right" answer.
• Your first instincts are often the most telling, so we encourage you to rank the responses quickly without over-analysis.
